Recently, Amanda Seyfried talked openly about her early professional years.

Syefried revealed that she regrets shooting nude at the age of 19.

Sayfried said "what was I thinking? Maybe I know why: I was 19 and I didn't want to upset anybody,

and I wanted to keep my job. That's why.”

Sayfried got her big break at the age of 18 when she played Karen Smith in 'Mean Girls'

Seyfried acted alongside Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams.

Amanda said "I always felt really grossed out by that. I was so young.”

“It was just gross" she said about her shooting when she was 19.
