Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning to host the 56th Annual CMA Awards
The 56th Country Music Association Awards, which will be broadcast live on Nov. 9, will be hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning.
The ceremony for this year will be held at the Bridgestone Arena in the centre of Nashville, Tennessee.
Nominations have yet to be announced.
Bryan, who served as the host of the show last year and performed at CMA Fest in June, is a two-time winner of the top prize, entertainer of the year.
Being one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, Manning is a first-time host who has plenty of experience in the spotlight.
Having played in the NFL for 18 seasons before officially retiring in March 2016 after winning Super Bowl 50.
The "Born Here Live Here Die Here" singer made the announcement while guest hosting with Ryan Seacrest on Monday's episode of "Live with Kelly and Ryan.”
Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, and Dolly Parton were the previous hosts
