Mira Sorvino, Paul Sorvino’s daughter, mourns ‘Goodfellas’ star
Mira Sorvino is mourning the loss of her beloved father, Paul Sorvino.
The actor, who famously played Paulie Cicero in "Goodfellas," passed away Monday morning of natural causes at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
Paul Sorvino was 83 years old
"My father the great Paul Sorvino has passed," the actress tweeted.
Actress wrote, “He was the most wonderful father. I love him so much. I’m sending you love in the stars Dad as you ascend.”
The patriarch’s wife, Dee Dee Sorvino, was by his side and first confirmed the star’s passing
"Our hearts are broken, there will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage," she said in a statement.
