Olivia Wilde has won her custody battle after criticising ex Jason Sudeikis for 'aggressively' serving papers on stage

In April, Wilde was unexpectedly served with custody papers on stage at CinemaCon.

Jason Sudeikis' custody claim against his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde was denied.

The actor wanted the couple's two children to live with him in New York,

but a judge has now ruled that their home state is California,

and his claim has been dismissed, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

Wilde claimed her ex's intention earlier today, according to reports.

Olivia Wilde made headlines in April after she was served with legal papers while mounting the stage during a panel discussion.

Wilde believes her ex-husband Jason intended to embarrass her as well as "threaten" her in public.
