Six people were present at the time of the demolition. Dutta, Jet Demolition MD Joe Brinkmann,

senior manager Kevin Smit, and chief safety officer Marthinus Botha were among those present,

as were project manager Mayur Mehta (from Edifice Engineering) and a police officer.
