What to expect in R Kelly's Chicago trial as he faces child pornography charges

The case that begins Monday in federal court in Chicago, on the other hand,

While he was acquitted at the time, legal experts say the situation has changed dramatically.

Kelly walked out of the Cook County Criminal Courthouse free in 2008 after a jury acquitted him of charges
