Pat Carroll, actress who voiced Ursula in Disney's 'The Little Mermaid,' dies at 95
Pat Carroll is known for voicing the underwater villain Ursula in Disney's animated tale, "The Little Mermaid"
Carroll died on July 30.
The Emmy Award-winning actress died at her home on Cape Cod, Massachusetts
According to Variety, Carroll was in the process of recovering from pneumonia
Beginning in the 1940s, Carroll achieved success as a comic on the late-night circuit.
Prior to winning an Emmy for her work on "Sid Caesar's Hour," Carroll voiced a number of animated characters.
She received numerous theatrical honours for her one-woman show about Gertrude Stein.
She reprised the infamous character's voice for a number of Disney video games and television shows, most recently in 2020 with "The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse" series short.
